This Site Use Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to PCHousingCoalition.org (the “Site”), including listings, forms, and related services (the “Services”). The Site is provided by the Pulaski County Housing Coalition (“PCHC,” “we,” “us”), a community collaboration supporting housing information in Pulaski County, Kentucky. Technical services may be provided by Lovins Work LLC.

1) Important Notes

• The Site is free to use and may change, pause, or end at any time.
• We are not a landlord, broker, property manager, or legal service.
• You are responsible for compliance with laws (including fair housing and advertising requirements).
• You are responsible for backing up your own content and data.

2) Accounts and Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Site, partners, or the public.

3) Listings and User Content

• You must have permission to advertise any property or service you post.
• You are responsible for accuracy, availability, pricing, photos, and restrictions.
• Unlawful discriminatory content is prohibited.
• We may review, edit (formatting or moderation), hide, or remove content at any time.

4) Prohibited Use

• Illegal, deceptive, or misleading content, scams, harassment, malware, scraping, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Posting private or sensitive data about others without permission.
• Misrepresenting identity, ownership, or authority.

5) No Guarantees

We do not verify listings, conduct background checks, or guarantee legitimacy, safety, or availability. Use good judgment when contacting others.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PCHC, Lovins Work LLC, and participating partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on listings. If liability is found, total liability will not exceed $100 (or the minimum required by law).

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PCHC, Lovins Work LLC, participating partners, and their volunteers or contractors from claims arising from your use, your content, or your violation of law or this Agreement.

9) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Kentucky law. Venue is in or serving Pulaski County, Kentucky, unless otherwise required by law.

10) Privacy Notice

Information we collect: account and listing information you submit, messages or forms, and basic technical data (IP, browser, pages visited, cookies or analytics where used).

How we use it: operate and improve the Site, display listings, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Sharing: public listings are public by design; we may share with service providers needed to run the Site, and when required by law or for safety.

No sale of data: we do not sell your personal information.

Retention: we keep info as needed for operations, safety, and legal obligations. Backup your own data.
